Prior to conducting a system cleaning, your DuBois representative will inspect and survey the system to determine the nature and degree of any deposition to ensure the correct program, products, and concentrations are used to effectively address and remove the deposition.
DuBois Chemicals offers a range of advanced system cleaning solutions tailored to meet the needs of paper mills. Our offerings include the Bubble-Ups® process, uniquely developed by DuBois, which uses internal foam cleaning to address critical deposit control areas such as approach piping and headboxes, reducing chemical use and time compared to traditional boilouts. We also offer patented oxidizing cleaners for removing thick deposits and biofilm from coaters, paper machine, starch, and dye systems, all with a non-corrosive safety profile.

Machine Surface Cleaning Solutions

Maintaining clean surfaces of papermaking equipment is critical to operating a machine without defects and breaks. The wet end of a paper machine is prone to scale, biological slimes, process additives, and fiber buildup, while the dryer section can accumulate a buildup of grease, oils, and paper dust, creating flammability hazards.
