The Fleet Wash Sector is always looking for continuous improvements in cost efficiency. DuBois was approached by a large freight company asking if we could develop and offer cleaning solution that would eliminate need for large chemical bulk tanks while improving overall cost and maintaining cleaning performance.
The DuBois Solution
DuBois developed the patented SuperSmart Chemical Mixing System. This system mixes cleaning chemistry on site using the customers own water and super concentrated solutions of alkaline, acid, and surfactant ingredients.
Results and Benefits
DuBois was able to eliminate large chemical bulk tanks at all customer sites while reducing overall chemical costs by over 20% by not shipping ready to use chemicals that contain water. Chemical performance was maintained to customers satisfaction

This conference will bring stampers and die shops up to date on new lubricants for stamping and tool and die machining, and help them evaluate new formulations and select the right lubricant for the job. Rick Bulter, DuBois R&D Manager, will be part of the training team at this event sponsored by the MetalForming magazine with support by the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers.
