Industrial chains are exposed to a variety of conditions including high temperature, moisture and dust. Many of these chains have a much shorter life than necessary because of improper lubrication. DuBois is proud to offer a variety of lubricants designed to protect and extend the life of industrial chains in demanding environments.
Our products include multi-purpose fluid lubrication for drive chains, mild duty gear cases, and dry film lubricants for all chain conveyor equipment and machinery operations. DuBois also has a series of synthetic high temperature chain and conveyor lubricant technology based on synthetic polyol-esters for extended life at temperatures up to 250°C/480°F as well as formulations for industrial applications such as textile (tenter chain), plastic molding, food and beverage, and more.
These products contain materials that reduce evaporation, friction, and wear to lubricate conveyor chains and double belt presses operating at high pressures and elevated temperature.
