DuBois has a number of technologies to help maintain the cleanliness of forming wires across all grades of paper. DuBois programs begin with a review and optimization of the showering and conditions on the wire and then development of a suitable program to compliment the conditions and needs.

Neutra Shield

• Absorbs strongly onto hydrophobic materials like forming wires.
• Modifies the fabric surfaces, making them resistant to deposition including recycled fiber stickies, converting and coated broke stickies, synthetic sizes, resins, and waxes.
• Forming fabrics stay cleaner, and intervals between washes can be longer.

Nexus DC 2440

• Prevents a number of runnability issues related to deposition from recycled fiber stickies, converting and coated broke stickies, synthetic sizes

Neutra Solve Line

• Removes “stickies” contaminants from recycled furnishes, tissue converting broke, or coated broke.
• Unique patented blend of solvents specifically selected to be more effective on “stickies” than other solvents.

Felt Scrub Line

• Alkaline cleaners designed for forming wire cleaning.
• Includes products with various features designed to address the needs of specific machine conditions.
