Max is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in materials engineering. He has over 11 years of experience in the finishing industry ranging from formulation, technical service, quality, and product management. Max is a Chairman of the Young Professional Group with PCI and on the Membership Committee of PCI.
Bruce joined DuBois Chemicals from the Cimcool acquisition and has over 40 years with the metalworking team. He held many positions over the years, from quality control, formulation work, and field technical service to distributor channel manager, and product line manager.
Marty has 35 years of experience in industrial chemicals and has worked with DuBois Chemicals for 18 years. Marty specializes in metal removal fluids, heat treatment, forming, cleaners, rust preventives, and lubricants. He spent most of his time in the field selecting the current products for each application and managing these materials to get the most life to optimize cost.
Dave has worked 31 years at DuBois Chemicals as R&D chemist, marketing/technical support, product line manager, business development, and is currently the lead for R&D. He also holds patents for pretreatment. Dave is a member of CCAI, PCI, and Brewers Association.
Michelle’s career in the Specialty Chemical Industry spans 35 years, emphasizing metal finishing applications, including cleaning, conversion coatings, and rust preventatives. Michelle has been a Technical Specialist for DuBois Industrial Group for 15 years, through the acquisition of Galaxy, focusing on product and process applications for treating metals.
Rich has works at DuBois Chemicals for 27 years with 13 years’ experience in R&D for surface finishing and 14 years as a technical manager and now product line manager. His pretreatment and wastewater treatment background provides complete solutions to produce quality parts while minimizing wastewater treatment costs. Rich is a member of AWT.
