DuBois is proud to announce that two of our team members have been recognized by Products Finishing, a media brand and publication devoted to finishing, as recipients of their 2026 40 Under 40 award. This annual honor is given to 40 young professionals in surface finishing whose hard work, passion, and accomplishments are shaping the future of the industry.
Tyler Lawson, R&D Manager, and Jason Panarra, Account Manager, were both selected for their dedication, innovation, and commitment to advancing surface finishing technologies and best practices.
When asked what drives his passion for the surface finishing industry, Jason said, “In finishing, excellence comes from discipline and consistency. Being profoundly Deaf taught me that preparation, knowledge, and steady execution always speak louder than limitations.”
“I love the surface finishing industry’s hands‑on nature, the challenge of applying proven techniques to new problems and its critical — yet often underappreciated — role in keeping the world running,” Tyler shared.
