General Purpose Cleaners are the most ideal for multi-surface applications across a facility. The included products are all usable with steam equipment, pressure washers, floor scrubbers, spray equipment, or manual application. These products are versatile and able to handle most common soils.
Mild, Multi-Purpose Cleaner
TREO® General Purpose Cleaner is a multi-purpose, nonflammable mild cleaner, ideal for cleaning a wide variety of light to heavy industrial soils. It is used in machine shops, custom powder coaters, heavy equipment manufacturers, food plants, gas stations, office buildings, and in homes. TREO® General Purpose Cleaner works and can be used in every facility.
Medium to Heavy Duty General Cleaner
Radi-Aze is a light to medium duty, liquid, alkaline cleaner for use in a wide range of transportation cleaning applications. A superior blend of wetting and grease emulsifying agents gives Radi-Aze its unique cleaning and degreasing power. Radi-Aze breaks the bond that holds soils to surfaces and holds the soil in suspension, so rinsing is complete. Radi-Aze is completely soluble in cold or hot water and is suitable for low and high pressure, foam and steam cleaning.
General Cleaner
C-1102 liquid general cleaner contains a special blend of wetting and emulsifying agents for superior penetration and removal of tough industrial soils. Once the soil substrate bond is broken, soil is held in suspension until rinsed. Rinsing is complete, leaving surfaces residue free. C-1102 contains no chelants.
General Purpose Liquid Cleaner
A multi-purpose, non-flammable cleaner and degreaser, which at economical dilutions, removes a broad spectrum of soils, greases, and oils from any surface which water will not harm. Lift will remove and emulsify soils so that the surface being cleaned will wipe or rinse residue free.
Floor Cleaners are built to handle most industrial soils found on production floors. The included products exhibit low or controlled foaming, allowing them to be utilized in high pressure & steam equipment, floor scrubbers, manual applications, and more. These products are highly concentrated to minimize use and transportation costs.
TREO® Neutral Floor Cleaner is a multi-purpose, non-flammable neutral floor cleaner, ideal for cleaning a wide variety of light to heavy industrial soils. TREO® Neutral Floor Cleaner is low-foaming and may be used in automatic floor scrubbing machines for removing soils from concrete floors and other hard surfaces. TREO® Neutral Floor Cleaner is suitable for high pressure and steam cleaning applications, as well as manual cleaning applications, i.e. (spray and wipe, mop and bucket cleaning). It is safe on all surfaces designed for aqueous cleaning.
Floor and General-Purpose Cleaner
Neutra-Lift is a multi-purpose, nonflammable, mildly alkaline cleaner ideal for cleaning a wide variety of light to heavy industrial soils from numerous hard surfaces. Neutra-Lift is low foaming and can be used effectively in automatic floor scrubbing and other cleaning machines. Neutra-Lift is suitable for high pressure and steam cleaning applications, as well as for manual cleaning, i.e., spray and wipe, mop and bucket cleaning, etc.
Floor and General Purpose Cleaner
Power Lift is a multi-metal safe multi-purpose, nonflammable, alkaline cleaner ideal for cleaning a wide variety of light to heavy industrial soils from numerous hard surfaces. A unique blend of detergents, grease emulsifying agents and soil suspending agents give Power Lift the ability to penetrate even the toughest soils. Excellent for use with automatic floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and steam cleaning equipment. At lower concentrations, Power Lift can also be used to remove oils and greases from fabrics. Pretest on a small area before using.
Lift F231 is an economical, high quality, low foaming, liquid general cleaner designed for use in floor scrubbers, steam cleaning, pressure cleaning and manual cleaning. Lift F231, with its blend of solvents and surfactants, quickly penetrates and lifts industrial soils from hard surfaces.
Heavy degreasers are designed to take on your toughest soils, such as fatty and protein soils, scales, petroleum oils, greases, and tars. The Signature line of heavy degreasers includes low, medium, copious, and gelled foaming profiles and are suitable for a wide range of application methods to suit the needs of any operation.
Gel Cleaner
DuJel 870 is a ready-to-use, gel, heavy duty cleaner. DuJel 870 is a gel-in-a-drum cleaner that requires no additional mixing or handling. It is formulated for cleaning industrial soils from vertical surfaces.
Emulsified Solvent Cleaner
DuSqueeze® emulsified solvent cleaner is a concentrated blend of natural solvent, wetting agents and surfactants. It is formulated for heavy duty cleaning of industrial soils including: lubricating oils and greases, inks, glues and adhesives, waxy soils, rubber, and other resinous soils.
Industrial General Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser
Jettacin multi-purpose cleaner is a medium- to heavy-duty, environmentally acceptable, liquid detergent. A unique blend of surfactants and emulsifying agents, plus a natural solvent, give Jettacin its ability to break the bond of even the toughest soils. Rinsing is rapid and complete, leaving surfaces residue free. Its active solvent is FDA GRAS-listed (generally regarded as safe). Jettacin is completely soluble in cold or hot water and is suitable for high pressure cleaning.
Solventized Emulsion Cleaner
Expedite is a blend of aliphatic solvents, synthetic surfactants and detergents. It is a heavy duty degreaser used to remove heavy duty grease, oil build-up, carbonaceous deposits, shop oils, sludge, encrusted oily grime, and other soils derived from petroleum distillates. Expedite, when used straight, is an excellent pre-soak solvent for subsequent high pressure, steam and immersion cleaning. Use Expedite on virtually any surface that is compatible with water and petroleum solvents. Use Expedite as an equipment cleaner where a combination of painted surfaces and metal surfaces are typically found. It is an excellent concrete floor cleaner for warehouses, production plants such as petrochemical, paper, steel, metal fabrication facilities, finished manufacturing and other process manufacturing industries. Expedite is particularly applicable to cleaning large areas such as floors, walls, transportation equipment, refinery tanks…or anywhere grease and oil accumulate and must be cleaned.
Solvent cleaners often address the most difficult cleaning prob- lems in a facility, particularly on equipment that cannot tolerate water, where quick turnaround is required, or if the soils involved do not respond to water-based products. Resins, adhesives, and inks are usually handled best with solvent cleaners. The included products are safe on most surfaces & are compatible with a variety of application methods to ensure safety and efficiency.
Odorless Solvent Degreaser
Spirit 126 odorless solvent performs as a safety solvent for degreasing and as a vanishing oil for use in metal pressworking operations. It is an odorless blend of 100% aliphatic hydrocarbons, with a flash point over 100o F, that evaporates quickly to a residue-free surface. Used as a hand-wipe, Spirit 126 exhibits fast evaporation on smooth, hard surfaces for light oil and grease removal. As demonstrated by users in the aerospace community, Spirit 126 is a good replacement candidate for 1,1,1 trichloroethane. This highly purified blend makes it an excellent choice for many industrial cleaning applications where water cannot be tolerated and a fast evaporating, residue-free surface is required.
DuJel Citrus is a ready-to-use, gel, heavy duty cleaner. DuJel Citrus is a gel-in-a-drum cleaner that requires no additional mixing or handling. It is formulated for cleaning tar, adhesives, and heavily soiled machinery. DuJel Citrus is solventized to remove these tough soils. When applied,
DuJel Citrus clings to surfaces, ensuring intimate contact and superior dwell time on tough industrial soils. The spent chemical and loosened soils are then easily rinsed away with water.
Solvent Cleaner
Perchem 1000 is a cold cleaning solvent with excellent solvency that can be used in metal cleaning operations for removal of shop oils, contaminants or coatings.
Non-Conductive Solvent/Degreaser
Spirit 170 aliphatic solvent cleaner is effective against oils, greases, pitch and tars. Spirit 170 can be used as an electrical contact cleaner on disconnected electric motor parts in place of chlorinated solvents. Provides excellent dielectric strength of 40.9 KV (kilovolts). Spirit 170 effectively cleans heavy grease and oil residues, but also cuts through a variety of hydrocarbon-based adhesives. Formulated as a tough degreaser, Spirit 170 is also effective as a floating degreaser in lift stations and digestors. High flash point and no ozone depleting compounds (ODC’s) make Spirit 170 a good alternative to 1,1,1 trichloroethane, xylene and naphtha. Spirit 170 has very low toxicity, making it an excellent replacement for these traditional solvents.
