Heavy Duty Alkaline Soak Cleaner
Nuvat Classic is a heavy-duty, alkaline soak cleaner for steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and magnesium. It can be used in still tank and barrel cleaning operations and is particularly suited to plating, porcelain enameling and other critical operations requiring the utmost in cleanliness. In addition, Nuvat Classic has tremendous soil tolerance – cleans and rinses well even under the heavy soil loads of barrel washing screw and header machine products. a heavy-duty, alkaline soak cleaner for steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and magnesium. It can be used in still tank and barrel cleaning operations and is particularly suited to plating, porcelain enameling and other critical operations requiring the utmost in cleanliness. In addition, NUVAT CLASSIC has tremendous soil tolerance – cleans and rinses well even under the heavy soil loads of barrel washing screw and header machine products.
Liquid Alkaline Soak Cleaner
Techniclean LS 1593 is an alkaline, liquid, heavy duty soak cleaner formulated for removal of heavy grease, oil, and shop dirt from ferrous substrates. Techniclean LS 1593 is designed to tolerate large amounts of emulsified oil without losing its cleaning effectiveness.
Techniclean LS 1593 can be used for barrel and rack applications with or without air agitation or solution movement.
Heavy-Duty Electrocleaner for Steel
Erace is a heavy-duty, non-phosphated, alkaline electrocleaner for steel prior to plating. It is particularly recommended where heavy smut or oxide is a problem, or for installations that electroplate wire and tubular products such as refrigerator shelves, market baskets, and tubular furniture. Erace has high conductivity providing more current, scrubbing action and better cleaning, especially in recessed low current density areas. Erace will effectively strip zinc phosphate coatings and chrome plate.
Heavy Duty Liquid Alkaline Electrocleaner
Techniclean LE 1590 is a specially formulated heavy duty liquid electrocleaner, which has been developed to chemically clean steel surfaces.
Acid Inhibitor
Techniprep AC 110-I is a non-flammable acid additive used with acid for the activation of regular and high carbon steel. The addition of Techniprep AC 110-I to hydrochloric or sulfuric acid pickle improves the performance of the pickle by reducing smut formation, hydrogen build-up, and the chance of over pickling.
Techniprep AC 110-I produces bright, clean parts, minimizing grease and oil drag over into the plating tank and maximizing subsequent performance of the acid pickle.
Techniprep AC 110-I also forms a thin foam blanket on the surface of the acid pickle solution to perform as a fume suppressant.
Concentrated Liquid Additive
An acid pickling wetting agent to help clean and pickle.
Inhibited Acid Solution
Rust Remover 4 is a strongly acidic liquid material carefully formulated with inhibitor to remove rust, scale and oxides from ferrous metal surfaces without excessive attack of the base metal. Dissolving action on rust, scale and oxides is fast and thorough. Solution life is very good under normal operating conditions. Application is by immersion at room temperature.
Ultra Performance Mixed Chloride Acid Zinc Process
The Technibrite ZN 370 MU/ZN 200 MAINT process is a maximum performance plating system for the deposition of brilliant, level, ductile zinc deposits from a potassium chloride zinc plating electrolyte.
The process consists of the following products:
Technicoat ZNBL 360 Ultra is a new environmentally friendly all trivalent chrome conversion coating providing a clear blue coating with exceptional corrosion protection. Technicoat ZNBL 360 Ultra may be applied over zinc and zinc alloy plating deposits produced from acid, alkaline, and cyanide electrolytes.
Technicoat ZNBL 360 FEC is a complimentary product that helps nullify the effects of hard water, prevent water staining, and moderately prolongs bath life.
High Metal, High Efficiency Alkaline Non-Cyanide Zinc Process
The Technibrite AZ 130 process is a revolutionary three-part additive system for high metal, non-cyanide alkaline zinc plating. The plating efficiency of Technibrite AZ 130 is much greater than that achieved by conventional alkaline non-cyanide zinc processes. This increase in efficiency provides a plating speed comparable to that of chloride zinc with the advantages of improved distribution (2 – 1.5:1) and ductility achieved with alkaline non-cyanide plating processes.

Technicoat ZNBL 390 is a new environmentally friendly all trivalent chromate providing a clear blue coating with excellent tolerance and controllability.

Seal for Chromate Conversion Coating
Techniguard F 108 is a unique liquid product which, when added to a water rinse after the chromate, greatly extends the corrosion protection of zinc plated parts. Techniguard F 108 seal can provide over 500 hours of salt spray protection to red rust when applied over properly zinc plated (0.0003 to 0.0005” plating thickness) and chromated surfaces.
Techniguard F 108 seal could be an alternative to zinc alloy plating in many applications.
Aqueous Protective Coating for All Metals
Techniseal 9600 2X CONC is a water-soluble polymer seal that can be applied over a wide range of metal surfaces to increase corrosion resistance, eliminate tarnishing and finger marking, and eliminate spotting.
Techniseal 9600 2X CONC approximately 1.5%.
